Order gift voucher
Select the desired value of your gift voucher and add the gift voucher to your shopping cart. You can purchase a maximum of five Gift Vouchers with one order.
Receive a Gift Voucher
The gift voucher will be sent to you by email as a PDF as soon as the voucher purchase has been paid for and we have processed it (at the latest on the next working day). Then the gift voucher is also available as a download in your customer account. You can conveniently print it out at home on DIN A4 paper. The voucher will not be sent by post.
Attention: Please make sure that you are logged into your customer account while purchasing the voucher so that you can download the voucher there later. If you buy the voucher as a quick orderer, it will not be stored in your account!
Redeeming the gift voucher
Enter the voucher code in the voucher field of the shopping basket or on the last order page when ordering. The voucher amount will be deducted directly from the order. The purchase value, including shipping costs, must be at least as high as the voucher value. Each voucher code is only valid once. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. A cash payment is not possible.
