Orders will be shipped by UPS insured unless we are requested to ship by some other means (any additional costs will be charged to the buyer). Most of orders ship the same or next business day from when the order was received. All orders will ship within 7 business days or the customer will be notified.

Delivery only after precash. Please pay after you have received a confirmation by email. We only accept payments via bank payment, Paypal or credit card. No cheques and no money order.
Return Policy
You can return the articles you have bought here within 14 days. If you would like to exchange or protest something, you can revoke without statement of reasons per letter, fax or email within two weeks or can send back the good to us. To the time period protection, the timely shipping of the package suffices. The

Send then the package sufficiently stamped back to us. In the case a justified claim (for example: defective good or incorrect delivery), we return the occurred postages in every case.
